Shipping Policy
Ignite Culture ships throughout Australia. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australian warehouse items: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
International warehouse items: Some products ship from our international partner warehouses (US/CN). These orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery estimates are shown on each product page where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@ignite-culture.com.
Customs & Import Duties
For international warehouse shipments, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
