We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@ignite-culture.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — you won’t need to pay return shipping for genuinely defective products.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, filled with fuel, or show signs of ignition are not eligible for return.
